TraceFast Golf processes everything on your device. We do not collect personal data. We do not have a server for this app. We do not sell data. We do not share it with advertisers.
The only network connection the app opens is to the Apple or Google in-app purchase store, which it contacts when the app starts in order to read the current prices and check what you already own. It contacts the same store again when you buy or restore. That connection is the platform's, not ours: we do not see it, and nothing about you is sent to us by it.

Nothing that identifies you. There is no operator account and no operator backend. The app contains no analytics SDK, no crash SDK and no advertising SDK.
We do not collect your name, your email address, your location, your device identifiers, your usage patterns, or payment card details.
If you buy Pro inside the app, Apple or Google process the payment. We never see your card details, your store password, or a full payment receipt. The store tells the app whether the product is owned so it can unlock Pro on this device.
Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase at £4.99. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. It unlocks exporting the traced still — the frame you traced, with the trace drawn into the picture — to your photo library, and saving the original clip alongside it. The video file itself is not composited: this build draws the trace into a still image and has no video encoder. The flight calculator and tap-to-trace stay free. £4.99 is the total price on the UK store. Prices shown in the app come from your own App Store or Google Play storefront, so outside the UK you will see and pay your local store price.
On your device we store only an entitlement flag (which product ids are owned) so Pro still works in aeroplane mode. Restore purchases re-asks the store; it does not contact the operator.
The app saves the following in its own private storage so that it remembers your choices between sessions:
Recorded clips are kept in this app's private cache for the current session only, and are never uploaded. A clip is deleted when you delete it in Settings, when you use Reset, or when you record more than 20 in one session (oldest first); anything still left is deleted the next time the app starts. The exported image and any clip you choose to save to Photos are copies that you own in your photo library, outside the app.
This data stays on your device. It is not backed up to us, because there is no operator server to back it up to. It may be included in your own device backup if you have one configured — that backup is between you and Apple or Google, and we have no access to it.
You can delete your clips and settings at any time with the reset control in Settings. Reset keeps only the entitlement flag, so a purchase you have paid for stays unlocked. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on the device, including that flag; Restore purchases brings a purchase back from the store after a reinstall.
There is no automatic ball detector in this build, and there is no video encoder: you tap the ball in frames of your own clip. The traced export is a STILL IMAGE — one frame with the trace drawn into it — and saving the clip copies the original recording without the trace in it. Any flight figures printed on an exported image come from launch numbers you typed into the calculator, not from the video, and the image says so. The store listing must not be read as claiming otherwise.
TraceFast Golf asks for the following permissions. Each is requested only at the point it is needed, and the app works without granting them — you simply cannot use the feature that needs one.
The only third parties involved are Apple and Google. The app asks their store for prices and for what you already own when it starts, and asks again when you buy or restore. They process that under their own privacy policies.
The app bundles no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising SDK and no attribution framework. No third party receives usage data from us, because we receive none.
We use no cookies. The app sets none and contains no web view that could, and it uses no advertising identifier, fingerprinting or similar tracking storage. The only storage it uses is the on-device app storage described above, which is strictly necessary to remember your own choices. The pages on this website set no cookies and load no analytics or third-party scripts.
TraceFast Golf is a tap-to-trace golf tool. It is not directed at children under 13.
We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children. That is our COPPA position: there is no personal information to collect. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@legalnikahai.com — we will have nothing on our side to delete, and you can delete the app from the device.
We process no personal data about you on our systems. On-device storage of your own settings and records is processing you control on your device, to provide the app you asked for (contract, UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
We share data only with Apple or Google when you purchase or restore, and only as the store requires to complete that transaction. We do not sell personal data.
We retain nothing on our side. On-device data lasts until you reset it or delete the app. Store purchase records are retained by Apple or Google under their policies.
Data-protection law gives you rights to access, correct, export and delete personal data that an organisation holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to access, correct, export or delete on our side. The data on your device is yours, and you can delete it yourself at any time as described above.
You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We do not transfer your data, because we do not receive it. A purchase is a transaction between you and Apple or Google.
There is no operator server for this app. Settings and entitlements are stored in the app's private storage on your device. We do not claim encryption beyond what the operating system provides.
